A few questions we hear a lot.
Are your roofing estimates free?
Yes. Bo provides a free on-site estimate. He inspects your roof, shows you photos of the problem, and explains your options before any work begins.
Do I need a repair or a whole new roof?
It depends on the condition of your roof. Bo will inspect it and explain whether a repair makes sense or replacement is the better option. We do not recommend a new roof when an honest repair will do.
What kind of warranty comes with a repair?
Every repair includes a labor warranty. Coverage ranges from 1 to 10 years depending on the work. Bo will explain the specific warranty for your repair before you approve it.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Northern Arizona from New River to Sedona, including Mayer, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey–Humboldt, Cordes Lakes, Black Canyon City, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, and Anthem.
What roof types do you work on?
We work on shingle, clay and concrete tile, metal, flat, foam, and rubber roofs, as well as patio roofs.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mayer Roofing accepts cash, check, and Zelle. Bo will go over payment details with your estimate.
What should I do if my roof is leaking?
Keep clear of wet electrical fixtures and safely contain indoor drips if possible. Do not climb onto a wet roof. Call Bo at (928) 710-1476 to arrange an inspection.
